Mortgage calculator

Use our mortgage calculator to instantly estimate your monthly payment and see what you can afford. Just enter a few details and get clear, real numbers—so you can move forward with confidence.

How to Use the Mortgage Calculator
Follow these simple steps to estimate your monthly payments and understand the long-term cost of your loan:

Loan Amount: Enter the total amount of money you plan to borrow from the lender. (For example, if the house costs $400,000 and you have a $50,000 down payment, your loan amount is $350,000).

Annual Interest Rate: Type in the interest rate offered by your bank or lender (e.g., 6.5%). Even small changes in this percentage can significantly impact your monthly payment.

Loan Term: Enter the length of the loan in years. The most common terms are 15 or 30 years.

Calculate: Click the "Calculate Payment" button to generate your results.

Understanding Your Results
Once you click calculate, the right-hand panel will display:

Your Estimated Monthly Payment: This is the principal and interest amount you will pay each month.

Total Interest: The total amount of interest you will pay over the entire life of the loan.

Total Cost of Loan: The sum of the original amount borrowed plus all interest paid.

Loan Types

Term Loans (incl. LLC Line of Credit)

Fixed loan amount with structured monthly payments. Ideal for large investments. An LLC line of credit lets you draw funds as needed and only pay for what you use.

MCA (Merchant Cash Advance)

An advance based on your business’s future sales. Repaid through a percentage of daily or weekly revenue. Fast to access, but typically higher cost.

Working
Capital Loan

Short-term financing to cover day-to-day expenses like payroll, inventory, or rent. Helps maintain healthy cash flow.

DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio Loan)

Loan based on a property’s income rather than personal income. Commonly used by real estate investors for rental properties.

Invoice financing

Invoice financing helps businesses get quick cash by using unpaid invoices instead of waiting for customer payments.

Special retail funding program

A flexible funding program designed to help retail businesses manage cash flow, inventory, growth, and daily operations.

Non-QM
Mortgage Loan

A mortgage for borrowers who don’t meet traditional lending standards (e.g., self-employed or non-traditional income). More flexible qualification.

A HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)

Special Retail
Funding Program
